From the outset, we wanted to create a community of Keystone users. When we launched our first user group we expected some ten or twelve clients to attend. Little did we know! Today, our March and September user group meetings are an important conference for our clients and other interested landlords, regularly attracting an exceptionally high turn-out of users from throughout the UK.
The philosophy of our user group was and remains simple. Combine product innovation showcases with topical industry speakers and plenty of time to network with peers. The result of this can only be described as an outstanding success. Today, our clients look forward to the next Keystone user group to hear first hand of imminent regulatory changes or new sector developments and to contribute to the future direction of Keystone.
In addition to the user group, our experienced and professional help desk team is admired and envied by all others in the industry. Staffed on rota by our development team, they bring their detailed product knowledge to the help desk. In turn, their helpdesk experience contributes extensively to the enhancements being incorporated into future releases.
We also regularly send our help desk team to attend to the needs of clients as well as assisting in deployments and interfacing activities. These integral actions to our client care programme ensure that every client gets to know and meet the Keystone team.
