Executive Dashboard
At the centre of KPM is an executive dashboard which provides a summary of current programmes and projects, showing progress against target dates and budgets. Highlighting exceptions in time or cost, the dashboard has extensive drill down functionality, allowing users to uncover the underlying causes of delays or budget over-runs by clicking from programme level to contract, to schedule of work, to phase, to asset, and even task level, spotting exceptions at every level.

Workflow
KPM includes powerful, user-defined workflow processing. A powerful yet user-friendly design tool lets users define their own workflow templates containing combinations of activities, roles and decision points. When then creating a contract, users may select a workflow template that reflects the actions, responsibilities and controls to be used whilst managing the contract. Once a workflow template has been selected, all contract activity is managed via Work Trays, with associated users prompted to complete actions, to carry out authorisations, or to make decisions. In parallel, the system logs all related interaction, and makes appropriate functionality available only when related checkpoints have been completed. This workflow supports both internal users as well as users from partnering organisations.
