Loading your existing data is about choice not compromise. It’s a significant feature of the Keystone experience. That is why we do not cap the amount of effort or time we put into the process. Unlike all of our competitors who either limit the effort and duration of implementations or charge on a day rate basis, we offer a unique un-limited time and effort implementation as part of Keystone's fixed price.
Our in-house data migration and configuration experts are accomplished and talented specialists in their field. The whole team is empowered by our very own migration and validation system, running on state of the art software.
Each implementation is unique and completed on a semi-custom basis. Priorities vary depending on whether the primary intent is to drive decent homes or quality standard programmes, future stock condition surveys, key performance indicator reporting or a combination of any of these and others. These are all choices that are taken into account when considering the ‘ideal’ Keystone configuration for a client.
From the outset, every new implementation and client is allocated their own project manager who, as a highly experienced professional, will advise as required on the best all round configuration. The project manager is on hand to assist and respond to the client throughout the project.
With so many implementations under our belt, we have seen most survey designs, most types of data extract and most combinations of stock condition data and planned maintenance completion data. However, all of these implementations have one common trait - irrespective of how good our clients felt their data was at the outset, our forensic approach to data cleansing and consistency checking has left them in no doubt that the Keystone implementation alone is of colossal value.
No implementation would be complete without the extensive classroom training which our training team delivers at client sites or from our own offices. Specially designed to highlight key features and operations of the Keystone product suite, our courseware has extensive hands-on exercises to ensure that the learning and development objectives are fulfilled.
