Management Groups

Management Groups are Keystone’s ground-breaking solution to multi-company organisations, allowing a single Keystone database to be segregated according to the management hierarchies that exist within Group companies. Users, assets, and projects are assigned to Management Groups, thus providing system managers with the ability to restrict user access to only those records that are relevant. Management Groups may be created in a multi-level hierarchical structure, meaning that users working at the Group level may see all records, whilst users assigned to individual subsidiaries are only allowed to view or update records owned by their own subsidiary.
